UNARMED GUARDS
Security is a matter of utmost importance for our clients. Thus, careful screening method are used in selecting security personnel to undergo intensive training at X-C Command training centre or PPKKM acedemy to equip them with adequate skills and expertise, hence ensuring the safety and security of our clients is never compromised. Our focus is customer satisfaction. Our guards must pass their medical examination, police vetting and attend training before they can start work.

ARMED GUARD
Besides the basic requirements, our armed guards must pass test on usage and handling of weapons before being absorbed in the armed team. X-C Command caters for banks, financial institutions, payment centres, gold smith and mission critical installation. We have managed to gun-down criminals in past incidences.

CASH IN TRANSIT (CIT)
At X-C Command, we are very serious with the rules & regulation issued by Ministry of Internal Security regarding CIT transaction as well as compliance to our Standard Operating Procedure related to security aspect, insurance coverage and customers confidence.

SECURITY GUARD TRAINING
X-C Command strongly believes that training is an important process in human resource and carrier development. Subtantial amount of budgetary allocation are set aside annually for systematic training management. The training centre which is located at level 4 of Wisma X-C Command’s headoffice can accommodate 50 trainees per session. The training centre is equipped with PA system and technical teaching aids (note book PC, LCD and OHP projector). Accommodation facilities is located at level 5.Our 5 in-house instructors are approved and certified by PPKKM/KKDN. The company also invites instructors/facilitators from PDRM, Fire & Rescue Dept, JPA 3, Red Cresent Society and Mawaddah Training Centre (Islamic values).
